![]() ![]() The reason why the game prioritizes the Torture Chamber over the Prison is because enemies that are tortured to death (aka "most"(?) of their HP was removed by a Succubus instead of ticking down normally) provide a significantly bigger amount of evilness (not sure about exact numbers, but seems to be about 2x) than the Prison would give for that unit.They are not common at all, so don't expect them to actually bring value in a normal game because you won't be able to keep sacrificing units unless you are already rich, at which point you could afford the research anyway. You can obtain more "purple disks" (research unlocks) as one of the random rewards from sacrificing units to the Temple.It has 2,000 hp, but if you hold down your mouse button when casting it will grow in power (and cost more mana), up to a maximum of 10,000hp.Īll of this is correct, but I'd like some add some more info: The demon portal stays active until it is destroyed, or until it is recast. If you build a Lecture Hall (demon research tree), your little snots will carry them there which unlocks a particular research. ![]()
